Nicolle Lloyd, CPA 

Owner/Operator

Nicolle Lloyd is a Certified Public Accountant with 13 years of accounting experience in both start-up and multinational firm. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Science in Accounting from Regis University, graduating at the top of her class receiving Summa Cum Laude graduation honors. Nicolle served as a Segment Controller for Zayo Group, which had an Initial Public Offering in 2014 and later sold for $14.3 billion. She also served as an Assistant Controller of a private equity firm specializing in real estate and high growth businesses.
 
Nicolle currently owns Legacy Solutions CPA specializing in forensic accounting consulting and tax advisory services. She works with clients in various industries and enjoys a one-on-one relationship with clients.

Nicolle lives in Tampa, FL with her husband, two children and two dogs. Her favorite pastimes are hybrid workouts, beach days in Florida and hiking the mountains of Colorado.
